Here at Omega we are excited to offer the flexibility and quality of laser welding that has not been available in the past with traditional welded heat transfer surfaces. With laser welding you are only limited to your imagination.

Our heat transfer surface is produced on a state-of-the-art CNC operated laser welding machine. This allows us to produce each piece to exact desired specifications each and every time. Plus the CNC capability allows us to optimize tank shell and plate layouts to gain heat transfer area which would normally be lost.

Omega is a leading manufacturer of falling film chillers, ice builders, immersion plates, and plate bank assemblies. We also produce a wide variety of custom designed heated and refrigerated assemblies. 

All heat transfer surface and assemblies can be designed, fabricated, and stamped to meet:
